Personalised coaching for your unique family

What I offer

All of us are different with individual coaching needs. My aim is to provide you with sessions that are personalised to meet your requirements and intentions.

Evolution takes time. We didn’t accumulate our triggers and patterns in one day, therefore it is unreasonable to assume one session will fix it all.

My recommendation is for 8 sessions with the option to extend as the journey requires. This time together will allow for new skills and tools to be learnt and changes to be implemented and embedded.

Sessions are scheduled weekly (unless negotiated prior by either party). Included in the package is one on one coaching via zoom, face to face depending on location (added travel expenses will be incurred) access to written resources, support via email in between sessions if needed.

Results are based on the efforts you put in and the action you take to better your life, and that of your child’s.

Toddlers, the Terrible Twos, the Threenager!

Life seemed simple when you reflect on the newborn infant stage.

Sure, you were sleep deprived and probably milk stained, but you didn’t have an angry little human stomping their feet because you cut the sandwich into the wrong shape.

Are you still losing your mind at your toddler’s third meltdown for the day and it’s only 7am? The star charts and the timeout stool that you’ve been assured will work, just aren’t a good fit for your child… or you.

Learn a more wholehearted and conscious approach to parenting that will have both your toddler and you feeling seen, heard, loved and maintaining connection.

The conscious parenting techniques nurtured in toddlerhood will be the knowledge you need for your relationship with your child throughout your entire parenting journey.

These tools will also help to foster more positive and nurturing relationships in all aspects of your life.

We are humans after all, we are connection seeking beings. Wouldn’t it be amazing if the connections and interactions we had with others were kind and non-triggering?

Tweens, Teens, Teenagers!

Where did the sweet baby you thought you knew go?

Do you long for those quiet moments with your small person cuddling up on your lap with love and adoration in their eyes, hanging onto every word you said? Now they have been replaced by a child that hurumphs and rolls their eyes at you when you ask them a question or attempt to tell them something you think is important?

Does your teenager's behaviour make you want to surrender them like an ill-behaved dog to the nearest pound?

Are you having challenges navigating electronic device usage, gaming, friend choices and schooling? You are not alone.

Would you like a greater understanding of your child and yourself as you navigate the ever-changing landscape of parenting?

Perhaps you might want to consider a different approach. An approach that will have you and your child feeling seen and heard, and I don’t mean by yelling louder at each other.

Testimonial

“What can I say about Faith, she has been by my side from my very first days of parenting. Before having kids I knew nothing about a lactation consultant but Faith quickly became my breastfeeding angel, when my first born was only days old, and after a traumatic birth, we were struggling with feeding and probably the baby blues. Faith came to my rescue.

Now 10.5 years later, I have followed and participated in her journey with the Parenting revolution. She has opened my eyes to parenting and motherhood. She has encourage me to sit in moments, that I just wanted to run away from. I have always found her so easy to connect with, mainly due to her experience with her own family and work within the public health sector. She is a wealth of knowledge on so many levels.

They say Children are challenging, but I’m learning through my sessions with Faith, that children also think Parents are challenging. We all know they don’t want to make us sad, angry or frustrated. But as a time poor parent, I don’t always have the patience to really look at what’s happening. Children don’t come with a guide book and neither does Parenting. By making the choice to work with Faith, I made a choice to stop “winging it” in regards to my parenting and actually learn about how I wanted to parent, why I react the ways I do, what I want for not only my children, but for myself as a mother and wife.

I can not recommend this experience more highly.”
